★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food on occasion is quite good, though the lattes are terrible. I ordered the chai tea latte many times hot and cold, every time I get it it’s watery. Once I asked for no water as when I worked at Starbucks that was quite common, they let me know they don’t put water in it which was confusing due to the lack of chai I could taste. I was assured they use tazo chai concentrate, same as Starbucks, however maybe it’s not being shaken before use or not enough has been put in the drink but like I said it was watery. Maybe the oatmilk isn’t the right one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to be my go to. The renos look great and products are still good. But after 2 and a half years of "authorities" trying to tell us where to walk, where to stand and even how to breath, I cannot support any business that is still restricting freedom of movement, no matter what their reasons are.
Been taking my business to places like Tonelli's deli and Marigold Cafe. They don't care where you stand.
The staff changeover is unfortunate. This place has definitely lost its comfortable atmosphere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stopped in two weeks ago and had a five star experience with a young University lad. Yesterday I was in the area and thought I would like to support it again. Unfortunately the man working the register was not very kind to an elderly person ahead of me. I think he seems he is not a person who should work in the front line especially with an older demographic.
Covid has not been kind to anyone but I feel that individual might want to reflect on the fact that he may be like that elderly man one day too. He then told me to wait for my order “over by the beans out of the way”. Honestly sir you need to take a hard look at yourself. No wonder the sign on the door said they were hiring.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best coffee and snacks in town. They roast their own coffee in a unique way and it doesn’t taste overly floral and under-roasted like other local coffee. It is very balanced. The muffins are unbeatable
