★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I were travelling through Terrace Bay to BC, to celebrate Thanksgiving with family (we had already been on the road 10hrs) when our car started acting up. Not what you need on a 34 hour drive. Without appointment, the service department took a look at our vehicle, although they did not have the parts in stock to fix the issue (it was the Friday of a long weekend) they assured us that we could keep driving, told us what we needed so that we would be able to order the part, and fix the car when we reached our destination. Well long story short, the car is all fixed thanks to your service departments help. You went above and beyond to help two travellers in destress, what amazing service! Thank you so much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spadoni Terrace Bay saves the day AGAIN!
Enroute from Toronto to Sioux Narrows/Nestor Falls our vehicle broke down on the side of the Trans Canada Highway, just west of Terrace Bay. Thinking we were stranded and our trip was ruined we set about planning to return home and surely we would be stuck at least until Monday (truck died on a Saturday afternoon).
To our great surprise we were approached by our saviour Stan (Jr.) while still on the side of the road, who made arrangements for us to have our vehicle towed to Spadoni Chevrolet where the repairs would be done. Stan took the time to make us feel comfortable and even offered to drive us to a local restaurant to wait. Such a generous and selfless way to treat out-of-towners on a Saturday evening which Stan could have spent relaxing.
To our angel named Mark, we could never thank you enough! Mark took his Saturday evening to complete the repairs and ensure we wouldn't have any further problems. After another wonderful Terrace Bay local (thank you so much Dean!) magically came up with the fuel pump for our truck, Mark worked into the night while being patient, empathetic and really understood the predicament we were in.
Thank you Spadoni Chevrolet in Terrace Bay and the excellent individuals who represent you so well! We are eternally grateful and will certainly be back to visit soon ?

We were en route from near Toronto to Thunder bay..stressed with transmission issues....they help us right away...made us feel at ease and were efficient with educating us and correcting the issues! So beyond grateful! Charges were fair for work done. Highly recommend these guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were travelling through the area on Friday afternoon, 20th August and had an engine light come on about an hour from Terrace Bay. We pulled in a they were absolutely amazing the technician cleared the code and had us on our way in less than an hour. Unfortunately the engine light came on about five minutes later but we decided to move on, the light is still on but will have it looked at in a few day when we have some down time. Thanks to everyone that helped us out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best Customer service I have ever experienced. Stan was not only professional, but also personally cared about my dire situation. I travelled thru Marathon on my journey from Labrador city to Calgary in my 1993 Chevy truck with 280 000km on the odometer. In Marathon my fuel pump gave in and the truck would not start. Canadian tire. And Napa in Marathon didnt care for me and the fact I was burning $150.00 per night in the local motel trying to get my truck fixed. Both places were booked for 2 weeks in advance and rejected to consider my stuck in Marathon circumstance. One of the good people that came to help me in Marathon recommend to tow the truck to Spadoni dealership in Terrace bay. Right from the start talking with Stan, in was apparent that These guys are truly interested to help.
The fuel pump for my truck is no longer available and Stan patiently searched thru different options until the pump was ordered and delivered. In the mean time Stan would drive me to my hotel and next day relocated me to another hotel as the first was booked full and I could only stay one night.
I was back on the road in 3 days and 2 days later home in Calgary. Stan charged me a standard rate for this type of repair and I will never forget his professionalism and true care that got me home after being stranded 2000km away in Ontario.
