★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently moved to the area, decided to give them a try. Optometrist was a great guy. Salespeople really push to sell frames, regardless of the condition of the existing frames. Have never heard so many excuses for why they couldn't do something (cut lenses for current 1 year old frames, replace temple tips) in my life. I pointed out to the young lady that I had been dealing with the previous optometrist for 18 years and in all that time had never heard the type and number of excuses she was using. So far their total damage is, 1 pair of frames broken by them and the second pair have the finish scraped where lenses were replaced. For $500.00, I expected better. I'll know better next time.
