I did get my check up and ordered a pair of glasses from one of the other stores but I live in Sylvan so asked to have them delivered here and that ended up causing a lot of problems apparently. Never the less the customer service in Sylvan was great. They informed me I should not have gotten the progressive lens in my active/safety frames and I was extremely thankful when they found a solution to that problem. They were extremely apologetic when my glasses had to be reordered for the 3rd time. They also found a workable solution when I canceled my glasses and asked for a refund because I had been waiting for just about 3 months to receive these glasses. Despite this experience I’ve had some very good experiences in the past and may even go back to get my current perscription rechecked because Dr. Albright is awesome. Thank you

Staff were reluctant, uncooperative and offensive. Essential services are thusly named for a reason and cannot be denied to anyone. It is simply illegal. This is discriminatory and illegal. This has been a disappointing experience, and I hope that this business will reevaluate their practices and understand that their actions are incredibly harmful to not only their patients, but themselves as well.
