If you are looking for a place to live in downtown Toronto regardless of being a student or not, this apartment building is well well well worth the extra cost !! Everything is run so seamlessly without any hidden fees or mind-numbing management ! 10000% recommend ! The only downside is the price of rent of course; however, the location of this building is beyond convenient for any student at UTSG and at this price point there is literally no better place to be than at this apartment !

The suite is beautiful and the building is exceptionally well cared for by Erick, Andre and the rest of the maintenance staff. Amenities are top notch, as well. I am looking forward to year two at The Waverley ?

You can always count on Sara, Hadia, and Andrew for help or even just a simple hello. The events that take place for all residents are always a fun, interactive way to meet new people, and to enjoy a new activity or simple celebration. I’m very lucky to live in such a great place with an awesome community!!

The suites have beautiful finishes, the penthouse fitness centre has everything you could need and the lobby and mezzanine are amazing locations to work or catch up with friends while you enjoy the wonderful creations from the talented baristas at Boxcar Social. The icing on the cake is the amazing team working at The Waverley. From our first contact with a leasing agent, to the support of the maintenance professionals and amazing concierges, we couldn’t be happier with our decision to choose The Waverley.

Fully modern living with really cool amenities that fulfill your needs may you be a young family, in the workforce in Toronto, or studying at UofT! As an international student, I love how the study/sitting areas are open 24 hours so if I do not need to stress about having to leave at particular hour! I love having conversations with the awesome concierge staff and feel they are huge part of what makes this building a warm and welcoming community! Also the staff is amazing and organizes fantastic social events in the different amenities for residents so we all get a chance to meet each other! A fantastic place in the heart of downtown TO!
N	Nick Lloyd-Kuzik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okay - so the amenities are top-line and totally rock (best gym you’re gonna find, guaranteed), the units are very nice and well appointed with excellent appliances, and the common spaces like the lobby and mezzanine are boast-worthy and amazing to have as gathering space (shoutout to Boxcar Social that deserves its own 5-star review)…. But the people that work in the building are truly exceptional. Each of the concierge staff are so lovely and friendly, giving treats and pats to the dog, chatting with us, always helping us out with the odd request… the office staff have been very helpful, forthcoming, and warm every time we’ve interacted with them…. They maintenance staff are professional, prompt, and very generous with their time and effort… the cleaning staff are always friendly and excellent at their job…. Really, I would recommend this place to any friend or family without a doubt (but they all know it’s a gem because they’ve been here and seen it for themselves). And did I mention the events? Last week I had free beer and wings at the Super Bowl party in our theatre room and last night I had a guided wine and cheese pairing night hosted by Boxcar - All free. This place knows how to create community in a city where that is definitely not the norm for apartment buildings. Live here if you can.

Everything about the building communicates elegant and elevated living. We believe one of the great successes of this company are the staff they’ve selected. The concierge position is always a pleasant surprise when entering or exiting. We’ve had the pleasure of being assisted by Sarah many times. Her upbeat, and personal approach always leave us feeling like we are in good hands. Sara and the Waverly make living in the building feel like the perfect sunrise or sunset every time. Thank you!!
