R	R4F4 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first time in Toronto and in Canada, and my first meal had to be Poutine. I could not wait to eat the real thing. My friend used to work here and highly recommend Smoke's Poutinerie. I am so glad I followed her advise. I had the original poutine with gravy and cheese curds. I could not stop. I had to leave the store or else I would have bought another, even bigger portion. By the way, they have a vegetarian gravy option which I will try later but I just had to have the original first. There are many stores but I went to the one on Spedina. The decoration is good, full of red as is the Canadian flag, and it didn't smell of fried food, which is great considering that the main dish is fried potatoes. The staff was nice and pleasant, they seemed tired, though, but I'm sure it's because they are college students tired from studying and partying. But they helped me make the best decision on what to get. Please come to Florida and open a few stores down here. We have many colleges that would love it.

The portion was substantial, but over priced in my opinion. I had the veggie delight. The gravy was delicious, but the onions were too sweet and didn’t balance well. I’m a pinch, Id go back.

I ordered take out WITH A FORK ,PLEASE. cause we dont have any at work -when I got back to work open the bag - no fork. I asked for a fork and paid $14 bucks and got something. but no way to eat it - so i gave it to the homeless guy at Bloor and Bedford - he had his own forks. I'll ask him to submit a review about the taste. the Service? Well they don't listen too good. or try too hard .

I ORDERED 3 WOW SIZE POUTINE AND THEY DID NOT EVEN PUT STICKER ON IT AND THEY PUT IT UPSIDE DOWN!!!! ALL THE POUTINE AND GRAVY DAMAGED THE BAG AND RUINED THE BACKPACK EITHER. ALL THIS HAPPENED BECAUSE OF UNTRAINED STAFF DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO PUT ORDER IN A BAG. NEVER GOING THIS PLACE AND NEVER BUYING ANY FOOD FROM THIS BRAND

My husband he always tried butter chicken ? poutine…. Before we had on Queen street… due to COVID they closed permanent that place … but now we are happy with this place too

I recommend going elsewhere - poutine wasn’t that special and potatoes themselves could be improved taste and texture wise. I like crispy fries Positives: they got the order right! Thank you! Nice packaging - consistent with branding.
