★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's sad how hard the employees push sales, especially for cell phone plans. I imagine this is coming from management, because the employee didn't seem too thrilled about having to pitch the sale in the first place.
I was looking for a portable charging bank and the conversation changed to how a new phone would fix my issue. The guy didn't even ask why I wanted the charging back in the first place before changing the topic to cell phone providers. It sadly left a bad taste in my mouth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely useless customer service. Read carefully their return policy (they sell products they cant take back).
I bought a set of air pods at the source instead of an apple store because they were closer. My mistake, they weren't loud enough so i thought i would bring them back and exchange for the Ipod pro. NOPE! no apple returns "you will have to return them at an apple store."I thought okay no big deal. fast forward 1 day go to apple store "sorry you have to return them where you purchased them." (just a couple hours of my time wasted). Called customer support which just said no return possible.
Lastly had no interest in changing my phone plan and they brought it up and really pushy on their plan and how I could save $5.00/ month is i switched.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to get 2 business lines for my father and a home FIBE TV package for myself. Christian was very helpful as well as insightful in describing the services/options available. Communication was excellent and all matters of swapping phones, set-up and so forth were well handled by Christian. As far as service goes, this is the place to go and Christian is the man to see. Top notch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was helpful and very nice. The prices a bit high, but that's apparently the world we live in now. It's conveniently located at the IGA entrance, so it may be worth spending a bit more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saw a product online and even spoke customer service rep online to confirm store stock. Only to get there for store not to have it in stock. Worse part Upon arriving two employees at cash did not greet me or say good bye. The employees were just standing around talking about how complicated their lives are. Lovely I see the “Bell disease of no customer service has infected The Source” Don’t shop at Source or their online site find better options elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very bad experience visiting this store. The Manager was unprofessional and do not know how to deal with the customers.
Just before COVID lock down, the representative of source gave me the false information regarding the phone plans and I ended up taking two phone connections on one account with virgin mobile.
I ended up paying extra on the bill and getting less data than what I was told. When I inquired in the store after the lock down the manager was impolite and didn’t took any responsibility to answer my questions and he replied saying the person who sold this plan was no longer working.
I won’t visit and recommend this store to anyone in the future

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just be careful if you are female. Not sure why this happening but the 20 some thing sales staff are lying to older women. This has happened at the samsung store also. I asked a question about the s20 ultra (versus the s21 ultra) already knowing the answer. In both stores, the staff member lied to my face, negating the facts. Smartphones are expensive, i refuse to purchase one from a blatant lier. Perhaps some sensitivity training is in order.
