★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your website says you open at 10:00. Went there for 10:00, and the store has a sign on the door that says they open at 10:30. Update your website so your customers are not wasting their time. It's so frustrating. I would recommend a phone call to confirm hours before visiting, or perhaps just visit any other shoe store that follows the hours they post online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible return/exchange policy. Used my welcome coupon online. Shoes were to small for my son, went to get a bigger size and I’m told I have to pay a difference for the same shoe in a different size. Complete BS.
