★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an unbelievable experience I stood in line at the cashier for 20 minutes to buy 1 20 dollar item. I finally walked out.
There were 5-6 customers in the store and only 2 customers at the til to pay.
DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS STORE GO TO ANYPLACE ELSE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Regular store with relatively good quality clothes and footwear. Also work gears for hardworking people like coveralls, safety shoes, hard hats, gloves and safety glasses. Prices are reasonable . Not crowded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to this Marks looking for some new work boots but with the great help from Paige, I also got some new work clothes as well. I was very impressed with how neat and tidy the whole store was. Fiona who checked me out was also extremely polite. Going forward this will be my go to Marks as I didn’t expect such good customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like shopping at Mark's. Canadian company. Quality products. You normally get what you pay for as merchandise is not "cheap." My shopping experience today left me a little disappointed. Wanted wide hiking shoes. The ones online were at the store and were narrow fitting. Not Mark's fault. But I went to look at walking winter boots. The pair on the shelf and in the box had clearly and obviously been worn outside and put back on the shelf after being returned. I pointed this out to the sales associate at checkout. I told her I wanted the boots and they had been worn outside. She said that they are meant to be worn outside. She said there was no discount for that. I pointed out the mud in the treads and on the toe. She asked me if I still wanted the boots and I did. They fit and were the only of that size. In my years of working in customer service I would have asked a manager to approve a discount. It's embarrassing for a store to sell obviously worn shoes like that. Had the associate who returned them just wiped the mud off I would never have known. That's beside the point. I am an easygoing customer. This left me feeling like I should just shop online instead. I get better customer service online than in person. That seems ironic to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is standard store medium sized. Not very busy most of the time. Easy access and ample parking lots. You may not find everything you need. They have promotional offers most of the time and you may find good deals on clearance items if you're not too picky and not in hurry.
