Wide selection of shoes for all members of the family. Not a very busy store and store has many covid19 safety protocol in place.

I had ordered some black shoes online to give as a Xmas gift. Instead I received beige boots in a different size. My black shoes ended up in New Brunswick and I got the other persons boots. I try to return the boots at this Greenbank location to get a refund. I went there 3 times and I still have the boots in my house and still no refund. The first time they said I only had the packing slip with the price on it instead of the official receipt printed from my email. The second time my husband went with the printed receipt and my credit card. The cashier said the credit card numbers didn't match up and I'm 100% certain this was the same credit card used for the purchase. I'm thinking they compared my card with the other persons card that bought the boots. I went back right after and the store had closed earlier than usual for New Years Eve (5pm instead of 6pm). It should not be this difficult to return an item purchased online since the store should have all info. in their computer (credit card info. and receipt). I ended up sending the boots back by mail and I'm hoping this time they will provide a refund. That is a total of 4 trips to the store and post office to return boots I did not even order. I would not purchase again from the Shoe Company and wanted to share this experience with other shoppers so you are aware of the difficulties I encountered with this store.

Got some boots there 1 month ago for my son. The sole started peeling off, on both boots. I returned them. Staff was able to find my receipt on the computer (ill be saying yes to emailed receipts from now on!). The poor girl working was alone as her partner for the day called in sick but she was doing a great job. She was attentive to all the customers (not sure how she managed, but she did). I swapped the boots and and left a happy camper. I visited on Sunday Dec 9

Despite the BOGO special, sneakers for our two boys are averaging more than $40/ pair - Not cheap. The store is well stocked and spacious floor browsing, especially during these "social distancing" times.
