★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The visit was disappointing. The clothing is overpriced and undersized for the average man. Most men are not sticks.
Was very disappointed in the service. All dressing rooms are closed in the men's section. However. There was no signage that there is a change room open in the women's section until we had to ask. The experience today was an encouragement to do online shopping - with another merchant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Merivale location is horrible. So I checked in with the staff at Barrhaven, and the young gentleman who answered the phone was able to serve my request with great customer service. He should train the "manager" from Merivale.
