β β β β β This store has a small bike repair shop in it which is what I want to review specifically. I have purchased two bikes at this store and had spring tune ups done as well. The staff here are so pleasant, even when they are under a tremendous amount of pressure to get bikes built and ready for the many customers they have. I have only one issue with the store. The bike shop is small and tries to deal with a lot of volume and I don't think they have the best system for organizing work orders (it's as well organized as my teenage son's homework). So if you're ok trading a little disorganization for a great experience and good work then this is definitely a 5 star experience.

clearance price. The cashier called the manager and he changed the price no questions asked no fuzz. Absolute best customer service...

β β β β β Bought a bike online to pickup here. The staff in the back does not know how online orders work and took them a long time to figure out. I tried to ride it back and both tires were flat. Went back to have them inflated and the staff inflated to the wrong number. Noticed the front wheel was installed incorrectly the second day since the front brake does not work at all. Brake pads were not aligned to the rim. At least the staffs owned the mistakes they made and fixed the issues but whoever built/serviced this bike is definitely not a βcertified technicianβ. They have a check list attached for crying out loud.

β β β β β The variety of things available are excellent to be honest, and the staff are helpful and great! The cashiers however are very dry and literally ruined my day. I wanted to use a gift card I had and they couldnβt activate it for me, even though I called multiple times and they told me the store could activate it. When I went to the store today, their attitude was very dry and they snapped my gift card even though it said that you can only snap it when itβs activated. I didnβt realize until now, and overall they gave me really bad vibes. The staff in the store (like the associates) are sweet and very helpful but NOT the cashiers.
