I placed an online order to pick from this store. They took good amount of time to prepare my order and due to that product is sold out due to the deal they cancelled my online order eventually. Now the same product is not available in any near by stores. The reason why we order online is to be assured that they will reserve our order but it beats all the purpose. And they behaved rudely when I called them. Never going to this store or probably any canadian tire stores.

Interesting conversation today with customer service. My wife missed the December 24th deadline for returning some items because she does not feel comfortable going in to the store. Was told today that lots of people are coming into the store or she could "just" wear an N95 mask. Found it odd that the customer service of Canadian Tire is giving out medical advice for someone who is nervous to head into crowds.

Friendly staff, ample products. Carwash is great and I must agree it is 10 times better than it's competitors. It cleaned my car thoroughly and it was quite economical. For ultimate wash I paid $13.99 plus I got my second ultimate wash for $5 (they have a promotion on). 100% recommend their Carwash.

I love this location specifically, due to the customer service. Every time i go in, they are helpful, wether it be for tires, and exchange, or just helping me find something.

The automotive center absolutely saved my a** today . My shifter cable happened to disconnect while in the parking lot. I had to get to work quickly so I went right to the automotive department, I told them my situation and the mechanic Travis came out to help me . He got in , booted it up and knew the problem right away the shifter cable had disconnected. I told him I needed it fixed fast and he got me in right away. They did a great job accommodating my situation . Im very grateful for these guys and Travis thank you brother you did an exceptional job.

All the staff were very polite and helpful. However, they ordered the wrong parts for a simple installation of new wheels. Twice! My minivan was in the garage for 4 days. Again, kudos to the staff for good customer service skills.

I would give Zero Starts if I could. We brought the car into the shop on Tuesday morning at 0800 am to get snow tires, battery replacement and oil change (also asked to have the check engine light as it was on, however the car was driving absolutely fine) The car didn't enter the shop until noon We received a call with an extra 2.5k worth of charges for the car which included having the diagnosis for the check engine light and having the problem fixed. (All Problems we were told had to be fixed immediately because the car was not safe to drive) We were told we would get updates on the progress, but the car would not be ready that day. Called the following day for an update in the afternoon and were told the car would be ready for pick up around 4 pm and everything would be done/fixed. Took the 1-hour bus to Canadian Tire, and NOW they tell me that the light is STILL ON, but the car is fine to drive. To come back next week and they would diagnose no charge (WELL I ALREADY PAID For it, can you really say no charge ??) Paid the insane bill of $4800, get to the car. The Check Engine light is on. As I go to drive the car, the car is sputtering, it has no power, new code entirely and literally NOT SAFE TO DRIVE AND WORSE THAN WHEN WE BROUGHT IT IN! But of course we were told it would be ready to be picked up when there was conveniently no mechanics to talk to in the store! Do yourself a favour, and go anywhere else! I'll be sure to share this experience around the neighbourhood!

Well I called ahead to verify if they could fix my tire knowing that they do not fix nails on the outer edge. I check with the front explaining that all I want is a patch to make the tire last the next two months. They wanted me to come in to discuss the situation only to send me e back wasting my time. I would have appreciate the shop manager to have come out of his office instead of sending third party to talk to me, especially with no cars in the shop at all. Done a lot of work at this shop with my 3 cars but no more for me.
