Dr. Jill is fantastic with her and we love her. However, the past two appointments for fillings have been with Dr. James and he is absolutely terrible with kids. He has no patience and is rude. I was unfortunately unable to attend the appointments due to sickness so my husband went with her and he was shocked at Dr. James’ behaviour with our daughter.

I've had many procedures including fillings, root canals and crowns and he always takes the utmost care to make sure that I don't feel any discomfort. He also takes the time to explain the procedure and let me know what I can expect at every step of the procedure. I appreciate this very much as I spent many years in fear of the dentist. My fear is now gone.
M	Ming Foo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been there for 10 years, and left recently due to dispute over inconsistent billing practice, and they don't seem to care for our business either. So, beware of the charges on your bill so you understand what you are being charge for, especially on children's preventative visit. Update - my child had filling done on a baby tooth here and it killed the tooth, then the dead baby tooth was extracted. We were now educated by our new dentist that because they did not put a spacer in to keep the space, the gap close and now the adult tooth cannot come out, thus either need braces (8K) or surgery. Parents beware!

They are kind, compassionate, patient, and sensitive to any trepidation their clients may have about anything; really! The administration / reception / office team there know what they're doing and keep things simple so you don't have to worry about much as well; which makes the whole experience a breeze... for a dentist office anyway! My immediate and extended family all love that we found this place. Thank you Robinson Dental!

His receptionist was so kind and took the time to speak with me on the phone, reassuring me. I had my appointment and walked out wondering why I ever felt anxious. Dr J Robinson was super kind and efficient. 5 Stars for sure!!!

Over the holidays, my tooth split in two. It is sharp and painful to eat anything. I called them and they were less than accommodating in moving my appointment. I called elsewhere and they were able to take me right away. I will not be returning here.

All three are caring, compassionate and extremely professional. Recently my son chipped his tooth the day prior to leaving on a trip. We called the after hour emergency line, explained the situation and they were extremely accommodating. They gave him an appointment the next day and fixed his tooth prior to him leaving. They not only did that, they did it with a smile. Thank you so much for the years of professional care! Barrhaven is a better served community with your clinic being part of it.
