M	Mahmoud ALMALKI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After 6 years with Dr. Sassi, I had to look for another dentist. I went there for an emergency two months ago. Dr. Vo and Dr. Sassi promised to help but they were never willing to do. As if this was not enough, at Queensbury dental they will literally try to steal your money. They regularly ask for 20% payment waiting for the insurance to pay. They will never pay back even if you bring insurance statements with proof of full payment. They did that to me twice this year. I paid my last invoice today. They didn't want to hand me the insurance claim. I filed a formal complaint with RCDSO. I am now with Highbury Park Dental. Dr. Shash is very professional. Hygienist and receptionists are kind and helpful. Should have done the move long time ago.
B	B 8 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They cancel your appointments without your knowledge and rebook a few months down the road. Terrible customer service. Receptionist is not friendly at all. I guess I have to find a new dentist for the five members in my family. We won’t be going back.

N	Nancy Pocock on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was referred to Dr. Vo for an implant (this would be my 9th implant) and for 3 other teeth that required significant work. I found his work technically superb. His natural ability to understand what procedures and adjustments for my teeth and ‘aggressive bite’ would be best amazed me. His artistry with his gum work transformed an ordinary set of teeth to beautiful. Over the years I have had a significant amount of dental work, but none had ever been accomplished with such gentleness and no bruising whatsoever. And finally, his sense of humour and love of his job actually made going to the dentist a very good experience. Thank you Dr. Vo.

I had immense mouth pain and I was told it was a sinus issue caused by post nasal drip...which I've had all my life... Go to Family DR and I'm told I MIGHT be Trigeminal neuralgia or TMJ. Asked about lymphoma and was told, keep an eye on things.... Mouth pain is hard to diagnose in family medicine. She highly recommended the 2nd opinion appointment. When I arrived at Dr Vs office and explained the situation, he was able to quickly diagnose the issue, and amazingly, fix it the same day. Thank you!

n	nancy bazzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been going to queensbury for years but have recently decided to switch dentists given my past but more recent experience with invisilyn treatment. If you’re thinking of getting your teeth straightened, would highly recommend doing your research first and find a specialist versus using a regular dentist. I regrettably got my invisilyn done with dr sassi at queensbury. Nice guy but I honestly felt like it was mostly a money grab as my teeth are not as straight as I had thought they would be after the treatment. I got quoted for 13 months of invisilyn and got maybe 9 months of treatment (was wearing the same set for 1.5 months due to delays in my trays). It was 6500$!! And the commitment of using invisilyn day in and day out as well as elastics for my one canine. It was a headache for months but kept saying the results are worth it! But I was wrong. I’m so disappointed with how they turned out. Bottom teeth still not straight (one higher than the other) and now I’m getting a retainer (which by the way was sent elsewhere to get) for not so straight teeth. So many other issues with the overall experience as well. Just felt like the results were below average and the attention to detail was not there. If you’re not an expert on teeth straightening maybe refer your patients to someone who is. Hopefully my honest review will help someone reconsider getting teeth straightening here.
