The beautiful design and work was completed timely and as scheduled. So many compliments have been given from all the walking traffic by our home and would recommend this company to all my family, friends and anyone who asks me. We love it!

We decided to do the complete makeover, frontyard, backyard, walkway next to the house, and re-paving the driveway. We had a bad experience with a couple of different companies. Medusa Stoneworks came to us recommended by a co-worker. From the first moment we met, Joe and Dario provided great customer service. They've helped us finalize our plan and design, and were there all along to answer questions, address our concerns, and provide professional advice. The project was on time, budget, and within scope, while the final product was superb. Quality workmanship was second to none. The crew came to work every day on time, and would conduct work at exactly 7am. They had great attitude, and were fun to work with. Joe and Dario take a pride in their work, and truly care about delivering great project. They bring with them old school quality workmanship, which is very hard to find nowadays. They are well organized, and clean up the site at the end of every day. Even our neighbors praised their professionalism on site, as well as the final product. We highly recommend Medusa Stoneworks. I've had experiences with other landscape companies where they are not very responsive, but Dario from Medusa was always very responsive and communicative throughout the whole process. The pricing was fair and he quickly brought an issue to our attention and had suggested solutions to fix it. We loved working with them and plan to hire them again next year for our driveway. We highly recommend Medusa Stoneworks!

Joe chose the right color of stone to go with our brick, gave us great ideas since we are not good with design and they were very professional to show up on time, cleaned up after them selves and left our property and road way nice and clean.

We had the landscaping of our entire property redone (complete demo, new lawn, full fence, stone patio and walkway, driveway, garden beds, etc) and we are so, so happy with the results. It was our first time doing this type of work and it was a big job, but we were comfortable right from the start with Joe. He was in touch very regularly and guided us through the whole process. We were very particular about what we wanted, and the team executed our vision perfectly - we would not change a thing. They were professional, efficient, and the quality of the work is incredible. They were very meticulous too and the attention to detail was not lost on us. Not only that, the team was so professional when dealing with covid restrictions and kept us up to date regularly regarding the work and any material shortages related to the pandemic. They were also so great with our toddler who loved watching them work. This made us feel even more at ease with the team. We would highly recommend Medusa Stoneworks and we are incredibly happy with all they have done for us! We are so happy to now have a beautiful outdoor space for our family to enjoy.

We were very happy with our initial interactions with Medusa Stoneworks. We felt the quote was reasonable and they were able to fit us in during their upcoming busy season. However, we were left disappointed with their communication and follow-up post-installation. We had one stone that was poorly manufactured (a manufacturer issue) that Joe @ Medusa offered to replace. While checking out the stone, he noticed a few areas that were pooling water and offered to change them as well. His team came by a few weeks later, when we weren't home, and changed/fixed other parts of our patio AND NOT the stone and pooling areas. We were left baffled and questioning the integrity of the construction. Since then we've had a few no-show and non-replies. It's been two years and we struggle to get ahold of them... I'm hoping this feedback will lead to some resolution.

They listened and understood our requirements and made value-added recommendations to us based on the intimate knowledge and experience in their field to make the end product look amazing.
