My hair has never been so bright and manageable with my new style that Joe created. I get compliments daily from my colleagues at work. The salon is bright, very clean and all the staff are friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone!

I even told her at the beginning of the appointment (hair dye) that I was looking to keep the cost down as I was on maternity leave. If she had told me it would cost $42 for what she did I would have said no. Why do I need it styled to go be at home with a baby? My first visit the girl gave great colour and highlights and said it would be easy to redo in 3 months. Well she ended up leaving the country and never wrote down my colours or info into their customer system so when I went in the woman yesterday could not figure out Wida had done. In order for it to be fixed she had to go dark and solid over everything. Basically I paid $300 for my first visit and was not able to continue with that style. All that work and money for highlights... down the drain. The salon is nicely kept and the guy working there seemed really nice. I just cant help feel mislead and disappointed.

My brother in law suggested Lasting Impressions because he has been going there for years. I also had a coworker suggest this hair salon, I took a leap of faith and decided to go ahead and book an appointment. The receptionist was extremely friendly and was able to fit me in for the evening. When I arrived at the salon, I was received with a cordial salute, the receptionist was super nice and she was trying to get to know me better. Since I love talking I just had fun telling her about myself. I was paired with Joe who took the time to examine my hair needs and styled my hair to suit my face shape. I was given a VIP treatment, I cannot say enough about my experience. I still ave to drop by to buy my hair treatment..I can't wait to go back.

On my most recent appointment I decided to change my hair style. I mentioned to Wida I wanted a bob but left it up to her to cut it in a way that would suit me. Which she did. I am very pleased with my latest cut.
E	Emily Geens on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an appointment, but I showed up and the lights were on but the door was locked and there was a little note taped to it saying the staff wasn’t feeling well and went home. Would have been nice to be called- they took my number when I made the appointment. I even tried calling a few times to confirm it but no one picked up the phone. They might have good services but if you can’t get the customer in the door we won’t find out. I won’t be going back.
