I always struggle between what I want and what I need. Anita finds really good balance and give the best advise every time. I became part of her art. I HIGHLY recommend her.

First time Shantelle did my hair and this time it was Anita, both are great at what they do.

She has black hair, and Kelly did a marvelous job to get the exact colour she wanted. She has tried three others salons in Ottawa, but never got the exact colour she wanted. Kelly & the staff was very welcoming and professional. She is very happy that she has finally found "the hair dresser & salon"
