They needed to keep my car overnight, so made arrangements with a nearby Enterprise location and made sure I was taken there. The work on my car was great - I'd highly recommend this place!

It was not part of the work and they didn't have to do that. 2) they did detailed cleaning for my car. My car looked like it was just out of the dealership. I was worried I would need to replace it possibly! Took it to the team at Fix Auto Ottawa Airport and had them assess the damages. Price was much more reasonable than I had gone in expecting, work was explained in detail and a time line established. Dropping off was a breeze and the staff kept in constant communication during the repairs. When I picked up not only was the tailgate repaired flawlessly but they had detailed and sanitized my car for me as well. I was able to pay remotely and pick up with 0 contact concerns and have been enjoying it like new again ever since.

My bumper was damaged and they also noticed my car had another problem on the driver site and went ahead to check it then informed me that I need to get it fixed. I have no idea about cars and FIX AUTO team was great helping and explaining everything to me. Thank you for your great work !

I had told them that I wanted original parts to be installed in my car and they confirmed this to me, But after I received the car, I checked it after taking it from them and found the parts not original (imitation) and barely placed in place, then I took my car to another maintenance place and paid $ 80 to uncover it, he told me that some parts should be replaced because it is not possible and will cause greater damage as a result of friction With iron. When I came back to their company and told them that, they told me they did not buy the original parts from the dealer.
