P	Paula McCalder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company was hired by my neighbor a good friend of the owner. He hired them to clean debris off his deck and stone landscaping, then pressure wash both aforesaid. They did a great job doing so for him..but..they blew all the debris from my neighbors property onto mine and the city's property. When I asked them if they planned on cleaning my property up ..one young man with red hair in a ponytail looked at me..quite perplexed.. and asked "clean up what?" When I told him all the debris from the yard he was working on is now in my yard..front walk, lawn, garden and front stairs he insisted he didn't know that happened..when I asked him to clean it up..he said..maybe when I'm done here. Thank God he had someone else with him that told him to clean it up now. He blew all the debris onto the street in front of my house and left it there. They then pressure washed the area..I had to leave at this point..but I did ask them to make sure they cleaned up all the debris..once again before they left..I came home to a front yard full of debris as well as the city street littered with crud from my neighbors property. My son works for a reputable landscaping company..as well..we have a social enterprise that does landscaping..both companies would never have allowed this to happen..a great reputation is everything..I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else..as these kind of things can cause huge issues for neighbors! And before you acuse me of being a fake..do remember..I have a front yard camera.?

We`ve had some experience with several prominent Ottawa landscape companies for jobs at our house in the past, only to be disappointed by exorbitant quotes, slow response times or poor workmanship. Dan was a refreshing change - the way he operates is admirable, and establishes a new benchmark for the industry in our humble opinon. As an aside, a few days after our work was completed, we had a district-wide power outage occur. From day one, I was impressed with Dan's professionalism and commitment to quality. Dan communicates well and is extremely accessible. Dan involved me in the design process, but took the lead in suggesting a plan that would work well with the style of my home and garden. He clearly has a good sense for design. The team experienced some complications (a cave-in while replacing an existing retaining wall) which they dealt with immediately, at no extra cost to me. The job was completed on time and on budget. The final result is beautiful and I have had many compliments from friends and neighbours. I couldn't be happier!
