★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the worst IT experience I have ever had. Colin demonstrated poor communications skills. His approach was condescending and rude. His behavior is incredibly suspicious as he becomes defensive when asked a question and makes clear you are wasting his time.
Responding to your response that I don't have the correct company and that I am not your client. We were on a call for 15 minutes, you are the IT company that my client uses. You are completely dishonest and serve no purpose in the market place other than to hold systems and clients hostage.
