Not sure why their change rooms are still closed though, since the covid restrictions have been lifted a while ago! Almost every other store I've gone to have their change rooms open, even during the pandemic! Funny how you don't need to wear a mask or even be vaccinated to shop there but you still can't try on clothes??And on top of that they don't accept any returns of womens bra's. So unless you ladies know for sure it will fit DO NOT buy them from there or you'll be stuck with them! And whatever you do, DO NOT ask the Walmart associate working in womens clothing about the store return policies because they will say "oh yes you can return them if they don't fit" and when you try to return them, customer service tell you that they don't except returns for bra's!!!
R	Robin Bolton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vast wasteland of half full aisles. No character....no vibe...no soul. Feels dirty. Parking lot has poor drainage. Ice, snow or puddles. If it's wet?...it's wet! Just not my favourite Walmart. My opinion. There are some great Walmart's.
C	Chicha San Chen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service. They wont return brand new items without receipt when we show them our credit card transactions a few day ago. This is the only department store in Canada and does not so return without receipts. Never buying anything from Walmart ever again. The personnel there is lazy and not helpful. At first they said they can’t return without receipt, then I suggested them to look up the time and date and the ending of my credit card. They were gonna do it then they said not possible. They are just lazy and don’t want to do anything..
G	Gary Latendresse on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All I can say is wow! Been awhile since been inside due to moving other end of town. I am so amazed how bigger it looks and how isles are arranged. Like having everything for dogs in one isle instead of 2 to 3 because makes it so handy. I needed the extension cord to use with my Antique Lamp and I know I can get the lights for it there also.

Messy shelves, dirty floors, and stock sitting on skids waiting to be put away even an hour later. Lots of open cashes and a large self serve. But staff are usually non existent for assistance (try getting bottled pop from a top shelf 7 feet up) except when you’re doing self serve and a pushy employee won’t leave you alone about getting their Walmart credit card. If I say no once, accept it and move on. Making me say no, and even raising my voice to leave me alone half a dozen times is on you. I do t care if you make a commission. And then you have a parking lot loaded with carts just left randomly all over, no one collecting, but corrals(sp?) are filled with snow so can’t even try to put them away. And don’t get me started about the carts inside, never cleaned, never disinfected, and left over garbage from previous shoppers filling them.
F	Fuse4Gaming on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's usually pretty busy with a lot of people that won't give you the space to get by them with a cart. The employees are too preoccupied with stocking the shelves to help you or talking with other employees. They do have all your essential needs, of course. The cashiers are 50/50 when it comes to being pleasant and that's why I opt to use the self checkout.
J	Jordan Haven on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been shopping here throughout the pandemic but have had some recent experiences where I have to give the staff kudos.Tonight, one of the managers Trish went out of her way to help me with a customer service issue (I’d forgotten groceries at the self-checkout). In general, I’ve also found the service at the pharmacy excellent. I especially appreciate the proactive outreach from them when an issue needs clarification. Finally, the lady working the front door tonight was super nice :) Great job overall - fast, friendly service
O	Ottawa Reviews on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall a good walmart support but not the best one in ottawa. It has mostly lot of items out of stock and reshelfing is not done on time. Even milk restocking is not done on time usually. Staff is helpful overall and provide guidance upto standards. They do maintain good stocks in some sections but missing in others. Only reason its not 2 star and is 3 star is because of quality of service provided by staff. Kudos to the staff for doing such a great job even when store is not a 5 star workplace
