Store managers should visit farmboy and strengthen the training and supervision of employees

Twice I have been and neither time they had any carts that were safe for my toddler to sit in and be buckled into. The first time I carried him around the store as I only needed a couple things b this time I just walked right back out. I’ll give my money to a store that can allow my toddler to safely go shopping with me

Mentioned it to staff and the manager who did not seem to appreciate the feedback. Not the first time. Bad management. Milk is also a concern, who wants to buy milk with a date two days hence? The store name definitely needs to be changed. Nothing in this review is an exaggeration.

When they first open, I though it’s going to be a good grocery store. But this couple of years I have notice that the quality of their produce are spiral down quickly. Not only that, I found the store very unorganized, untidy and very messy at all time, last week , I used their washroom, and I was disgusted by the hygiene of the washroom, I was literally covering my noise, with the palm of my hand. as the smells so bad and it was overwhelming. There were flooded of urine I believe, as the smell was strong. I can’t believe that they are getting away from the health inspector. I only go there now if I really have to.
