Loblaws

Very nicely organized. No crowd for nothing. The only thing is that line up is little too big. But a very nice store.

Good store, very clean, prices are a bit on the higher side though. Amazing experience from our cashier Elie. Always treats us with the best attitude! My wife will wait in queue until he becomes available, should I be worried? However I noticed some cashiers standing around and gossiping..Overall good store, can’t go wrong with their mini cakes

This is a new looking loblaws that looks totally different from any other loblaws I've been to. Good selection. Nice layout. The checkout was crazy fast and efficient. I would recommend going here if you're in the area.

Every time I use the click and collect service, I get rotten produce. My order from this morning has a pineapple and dragonfruit that has visible mold on the outside. Why am I paying a pickup fee for a service that gives me produce that goes straight into the garbage .. this is not a one time thing either. Happens consistently. Last time it was rotten lemons and apples. Don't think I'll be shopping here anymore.

On how far you have fallen. I have been coming to this Loblaws since it opened some 20 odd years ago, and now I think that it has come time to part ways. It began with the inability to complete my whole grocery list. We are not talking fancy stuff here. Lemons. We are out. Parsley. We are out. Hamburger buns. We are out. Not to mention the poor quality (I throw stuff out that is better quality then what is being sold sometimes). Strangely, I can head off the Farmboy and voila!, there everything is and cheaper too! Now I understand that lately perhaps staff is hard to find, but on my last two visits I have had two of the most unfriendly, disinterested and downright hostile check out people. I don't appreciate being looked at as a bother because you don't know what vegetable you are holding or that I am paying by cash. I don't appreciate my food being thrown down the conveyer belt (thanks for the three broken eggs out of six and the chicken fingers that were nicely combined with the potato salad and the coleslaw). And I don't certainly don't appreciate attitude. Lastly, and this has been a big one for a long time, something needs to be done about the ambushing that is performed by the credit card/banking staff every time you are finally leaving the store. Saying, no, I do not want a PC MasterCard (or whatever it is) should be fairly clear and precise you would think. Apparently not. If you choose not to respond you get told that you are rude. Politely lying and saying that I already have the card they are hawking and I'm fine sparks even more questions, with the final straw being the aggressive sales woman last Sunday (March 27th) following me for twelve feet yelling that " You're not fine!". Wow! I think I'm done and will take my business elsewhere for the above reasons and more.

I dont even understand why people would give this Loblaws less than 5 stars. Literally the best Loblaws in and around Ottawa. Huge with lots of selections, kept super clean. It even has cup holders on the shopping carts

The staff at every Loblaws I've ever been to are SO nice, kind,very approachable and more than happy to help. Sometimes the staff will be stocking shelves or bagging groceries and most of the time they'll chat with you or share jokes just because they're good people. They aren't only civil to customers because it's their job, they are genuinely down to earth nice people. I really like that. You don't see that really anymore. What's normal or more common now is stressed out employees, understaffed, overworked and underpaid employees that are rude to customers and that seems to be okay. Loblaws isn't like that. They always have great staff

Very clean and organized. Bakery always has a good selection of fresh baked goods. Overall nice shopping experience. I would like to see them adopt the $.25 cent cart feature as the lobby area is constantly cluttered with carts.
