β β β β β The staff is polite and efficient. Food:: small portions and expensive! The ramen tasted like plastic and no flavour. They advertise an app for rewards but you cannot get any rewards if you order onsite just online ? Seriously flawed. I ordered and ate on site but they served the ramen in a takeout bowl. Water is given in styrofoam cups. I wanted to really like this place since it is local but very disappointing.

β β β β β I have had their food many times but over the last year, on three occasions there was sandy texture in their food. Imagine little bits of sand sprinkled on your food.
The first time I figured maybe it was the Asian veggie mix. The 2nd time, I went back to the place and let them know about it because I love teriyaki, they were nice about it but they had no clue. I took a long break from this place. When I ordered once recently from the College square location, it was perfect. Tonight I was hungry, my family and I came home from a road trip. We picked up some Edo Japan food from 3181 Greenbank. It was sandy. I donβt know how else to describe it. Maybe itβs hardened bits of old teriyaki sauce, maybes it dirt, maybe itβs sand. If you experience this, please let them know so they can fix this issue.

β β β β β I love the food so this is disappointing but the service is quite awful. It seems that Uber and skip are prioritized over everyone else which is frustrating because if I was willing to wait 30 minutes for my food I wouldβve gone somewhere where the quality is up to par with the wait. The cashier didnβt even apologize for the wait even after the man who came in behind me got his meal. If I had ordered lots of food I wouldnβt have been so surprised but my meal was a mere chicken Chop chop and an order of avocado rolls.

I have had Japanese food all over the city and this is by far the Worst.. absolute garbage and insulting to japanese traditional cuisine

β β β β β Edo Japan is my go to for a filling noodle meal! I love their Shrimp Noodlefull which is something I've had couple of times and the taste has been consistently good. Sushi is good too and they have options of 4,8,12 pieces which is great if you want to sample a few! Tried their Miso Soup for the first time and liked it ?
