★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really like the Timberland Boots I bought here, they are tough yet comfortable to wear for long hours. I bought a pair of work pants too that day. The issue is, I was able to try the shoes before buying so there was no chance of a bad fit. I was not allowed to try the pants, which I understand was a policy during covid restrictions. The pants didn't fit well and are now sitting with all the tags and labels. What all the other stores did was to increase the return time period to give all the customers ease. Now I can't return the pants neither can I wear them. The staff that day was super helpful too. The only negative is the same return policy even in covid times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing customer service!! Ordered work boots on a Sunday night online. Email notification Monday saying boots had been shipped, received boots Tuesday.
Secondly webpage showed $20 discount at the time of my order but for some reason it wasn’t applied at checkout. I emailed customer service Monday and received the deposit into my account Wednesday. Absolutely amazing online ordering experience.
I ordered Wolverine ladies safety boots for $149.00 fit is amazing and I find them to be much more comfortable than Blundstone for over $100 more

I walked around looked at what I needed to then yelled hello because I had a question.
no answer stood by the cash still Noone came out
could hear them chatting in back but didnt come when i said hello multiple times
for over 5 min I was in the store and no person came out to help at all..
