★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helpful, without being pushy. The salesperson asked if we wanted any help. Then showed what the store had that met our requirements - a winter boot rated for -30 temps - and then let us check out the options and come back when we had questions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There store is not particularly large but has a decent amount of selection. The woman who runs (or owns?) the store is helpful and knowledgeable on all her stock items. I've found what I wanted every time I've gone there (slippers). Take that experience as you will.
Prices are in line with most stores selling similar items.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people working here are good, top notch people who care about customers. They went out of their way to order a shoe size that's only available on their online store. Even though they should be carrying all sizes in store I appreciate them finding a solution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good selection but while shopping with two children not a single staff member offered assistance - had to pull sizes off high shelves myself. When I commented on that, the woman at the cash glared at me and said nothing. Store wasn't busy, staff were just being lazy.

The gentleman who helped us was nice, friendly, patient and ultimately helped my Mum find the perfect shoes for her mobility and condition. So happy I brought her there. I ended up leaving with 2 pairs myself LOL

I was just there this morning & got a pair of comfy Clark's on sale & the lady that helped me was amazing. She made everything easy. I would highly recommend this location.
