★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The supervisor that was there tonight was extreamely rude and abrasive with customers. She also was demeaning to the cashier, who appeared to be new. Not only was she rude to her, but acted this way in front of customers. Extreamly unprofessional and will not be returning to this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in this morning with my 2 yr. old, and was also told that we could not enter the store without my son wearing a mask. I realize it's the government rules and they are just reinforcing it, which is fine. However, there is a more delicate way of asking/informing us....and not loudly for everyone to hear. It was embarrassing... They have to realize that they are the only store in Barrhaven that I've gone to that is reinforcing it for 2 yr. olds so a calmer approach would have been much better received.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the supervisor is horrible and publicly embarrassed my child and my mother. my daughter is 2 years old and wont wear a mask all the time
and because of that, she refused to let her in when under public health it states..
"Children under two years of age or children under the age of five years either chronologically or developmentally who refuse to wear a mask and cannot be persuaded to do so by their caregiver can be exempt from wearing masks."
To that supervisor, I would highly recommend reading the rules and regulations before speaking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great selection and social distancing procedure. Everyone must sanitize and out on store provided gloves. Then push a shopping cart to maintain distance.
Staff is friendly and quick.
