I love going there and their raw, cold pressed honey is the best tasting in Ottawa!

I went in asked for assistance to find what I was looking for, she found it, asked if I needed anything else and that was it, perfect! Prior visits I got the distinct feeling that I needed to justify why I wanted the product I was seeking. I’m open to assistance or a suggestion but not to having to justify my purchase!

I had a wonderful experience at this location roughly a week or two weeks ago. I came in completely miserable because my stomach health was not good and I was already suffering from symptoms for a few days. I walked in with an idea of what I wanted but was still a little lost. The moment I walked in I was greeted and was told if I need any help to ask. I did exactly that, and with the assistance from the manager and the manager-in-training they were both extremely helpful and the manager-in-training was super friendly and empathic. I was given options, I bought all the products they suggested because I was just over feeling sick... And lo and behold the supplements that was suggested helped me within 24 hours, and after a few days I felt like myself again. I can't explain how happy and thrilled I was over this experience.
