Our experience with the Rachel Hammer Real Estate team was truly a delightful one. We worked with Chris and Dana and from the moment they took us out for our first viewings, we felt confident with them guiding us through our first-time home buying experience. During the home hunting process, we were sent listings that suited our preferred areas and home styles. They checked in a lot to make sure everything was going well and whenever we had a question or inquiry it was answered promptly. We worked with Rachel and her team for about 3 years (because we kept going back and forth about what we wanted to do and where we wanted to buy) and they were so patient with us through the process despite our indecisiveness! We finally found our dream home, and then when it was time to sell ours it was sold within 2 days of listing it, well over asking price. They provided a staging consultation which was incredibly helpful for selling, and then leading up to the closing date on the new house, they provided regular check ins with helpful tips and checklists. Christina, Rachel, Julie and the entire team have always been so honest, professional and responsive, and we have felt 100% supported throughout our journey. Rachel Hammer Team were our realestate agents of choice for both our purchase of home in 2016 and a recent home sale in February 2022. Both were very positive experiences. For latest sale they staged, utilized professional photographer and even did drone photos to show off the area. They dealt well with unexpected events and their contractor came through at the last minute. We would highly recommend Dana, Rachel and the whole Team to anyone thinking of buying or selling.

Rachel's team helped us sell our Country Place home in May, setting a record for an original house in the neighbourhood, AMAZING!!! We spent 23 wonderful years there, but it was time to downsize. We have nothing but great things to say about Rachel's team. The process started back in January with Christina (Chris) representing us. Chris and the team kept us informed of everything they were doing or planning to do right up to the listing on May 12. Julie and Abby were super helpful in getting all of the paperwork ready to take the listing live. The photos & video that the team put together brought us to tears. So many memories, we'll definitely miss our home and so will all our family and friends. Rachel's team went above and beyond for us. We left for a European vacation the same day that the house hit the market. Even with us being 7 hours ahead, Chris did a great job of keeping us up to date on everything that was happening. It only took 3 days for sale, we were thrilled with the results! But that's not the end of the story - this is the above and beyond part. Less than a week later, a devastating storm hit Ottawa and Country Place was hit very hard. Big trees down everywhere, power out and many streets blocked with downed power lines or trees. Knowing we were away, both Rachel and Chris went to check on the house. They took several pictures and sent them to us so we'd know that the house was OK. The only damage was a few shingles were missing, what a relief. That little extra care helped us enjoy the rest of our vacation - a huge thank you to Rachel and Chris. If you plan on selling or buying a home in the future, my wife and I would highly recommend Rachel and her team.

Our experience with Dana Palombo and the Rachel Hammer team has been amazing! Dana helped us find our first home a few years ago and helped us through so many hurdles that when our family outgrew our first home and needed something different we knew who we wanted to help us find the next one.
