I have been here for only 12 days in this brand new apartment. They messed up my elevator appointment, for furniture delivery. Delayed by an entire hour. Dishwasher not working. It's apparently my job to run around to get it fixed. After a few phone calls, someone came a few days later and discovered a significant water leak. Decided they need to order a pipe. So far havent been able to use it and waiting for a phone call to get this fixed. I have applied 10 days ago to access the terrace (yes there's an application process), I still have not received access. Theres a weird dripping/knocking sound thats periodically heard, in the sealing for my washroom. I am worried, these are water drops or another leak. Apparently someone "will investigate". Im either sending or receiving emails from management on daily basis. It has been an unfortunate experience so far.

Management has gotten much better, developers of the building have done a Class A job.

I lived in this building for a year, the building itself is very nice and the amenities are top notch. The building management however is terrible, they send out incorrect notices, blame occupants at random. Need better management clearly all the reviews state the same thing.

New building in the heart of town. Only problem is the tiny flat!

The management is the absolute worst. Building is nice but there’s no point if management is garbage. That’s it. I hope we get a new one. :/

The gym and amenities are one of the best in Toronto. The building connects to the St. Patrick subway station. You can go straight to the subway station without leaving the building

$35 to bring a friend to use the pool/gym. $120 to use the moving elevator. $200 to change/register a different car to park in your β€œowned” parking spot which you’ve spent $90,000 on. The Ritz Carlton Toronto has fewer fees. The place needs NEW management ASAP.

The gym and valet parking services are amazing (both are separated from the management office). The management office is terrible. And remember do not rent or buy the apartment facing east, there is a hospital with helicopter parking apron nearby. And the management office is not responsible for crazy party late night noise. Be careful (esp. on the 4xth floor, party animals? and your neighbors just ignore all the lockdown laws and invite tons of people to chat in the hallway).
