★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful condo, part of the Toronto art school and close to all of the city's main attractions. You can find some pretty cool art hanging in the foyer and throughout the ground floor.

The amenities include: (1) a fully equipped gym on the ground floor; (2) a party room, bar, lounges, billiards room, saunas and meeting boardrooms on the 9th floor; (3) the exterior of the 9th floor includes hot tubs, communal BBQ grills, eating tables and chairs and sunbathing lounge chairs;. The building is well maintained by a friendly cleaning staff. The architecture of the building itself is very unique and stands out in a sea of condos in the downtown core. The location is a 1 minute walk from Osgoode TTC subway station and is right in the downtown core.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No fault of the building, but far too noisy. Seemingly all season construction outside each year I’ve been here, fire-station nearby, and yuk yuks comedy club, a dance studio with extremely loud music, as well as bars around the block create lot’s of noise all the time. No real complaints with the building except more elevators needed.
