L	Luc Pelletier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give this 0 stars, I would. BE WARNED. This condo is a joke. From elevators, to parking, to even guest visitation. I don't think at airports they have this level of check in. If you're considering moving here, ask yourself if you want to live in a military base; it's not concierge available to you 24/7, it's military general tableau at your service. Security personnel are some of the rudest and unhelpful people I've ever met. ALSO, residents who pay for rent only get 5 passes for overnight parking a MONTH, yet one security personnel uses a "visitors" spot each shift.. good thing you don't make the mistake of giving yourself a ticket.

One of the best things: the walls to the adjacent units in this condo are very soundproof! Also, since security company changed over around Fall 2017, it’s been better with professionalism and attentiveness. Elevators work fine, and if something breaks, there is a notification fairly soon afterwards on how it’s being managed. Experience highlighted from ~4 months here.
N	Neda I. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great building - always clean. The gym is very nice but the other amenities are not very accessible (the fee to rent out the party room is insane). Elevators are extremely unreliable. Lives there a year and can't remember a week where there wasn't an elevator issue.
K	Kelsey Hannon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been living there for 2 years - It is a very great place to live, great location and building! My unit was very quiet, couldn't hear neighbours noise. Condo management and concierge staff are great and very friendly. Management handled the covid protocols really well and always felt very safe. With a few construction sites nearby, there can be lots of noise sometimes.
C	Conor Hughes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been living here almost a year and I love it. It is well managed and the concierge staff (especially Vera) are great! The unit itself is spacious with lots of natural light. I'm on a lower floor (< 10) and you can hear construction noise but it's not that bad.
O	Orla Gleeson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great building! Living here for over a year and my experiences so far... Very friendly and professional concierge staff, cleaners and management. Short-term lets are banned so it's nice and quiet with no hassle. Everything you need in the spotless gym. Four elevators: two serving the lower levels and two serving the higher. Elevators are rarely out of service. Key fob only takes you to public amenity spaces plus your own floor which may seem like a minor thing but is a great safety feature and not available in all buildings.
C	Colin Blue on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been living at this building for two years and I don’t really have a bad thing to say. All the staff are extremely kind and helpful people. Elevators always quick (low rise side). Anyone leaving a bad review about the security/front desk people probably just have a hard time following the rules setup by the condo board. Only small negative is if you live here you cannot use guest parking - not even for 1 night. But there are two parkades less than 1 min walk east.
