★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Centrally located. Excellent fast check in. Very accommodating. I stayed here 6 weeks. The location was perfect for visiting the sights of Toronto. There is a Raba grocery store immediately next to the building. I needed a pot to cook pasta and Jeffery got it very quickly. The AC broke down and again Jeffery and team sent someone very quickly. I also did not realize I needed parking and Tara was able to help me with an excellent spot for an excellent price. I broke a some kitchenware during my stay and was not charged for it. It was the perfect place to see Toronto from. Thanks Tara and team for giving us a wonderful experience in Toronto

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 140 Simcoe Street with Urban Flats, amazing unit with everything you need to settle in. Great location in the heart of downtown Toronto, Union Station is a 10 minute walk, 24 hour grocery store right under the building. Don’t have enough good things to say about this place, the hosts are fantastic as well.

The condo was at amazing and convenient location, close to all the tourist attraction point, grocery etc. The unit itself was clean, well-furnished and equipped with all the necessary appliances. I didn't face any issue with the unit or any of the Condo amenities. Urban Flats team is amazing. They are always there to help you out. Tara and Jefferey were very helpful and made the entire process of check-in, stay and check-out smooth. I didn't face any hassle.
I would recommend Urban Flats to anyone who is looking for neat and well-furnished Condos at amazing location along with customer friendly team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had stayed in the apartment for seven months! it was really a great experience living here.
The room is clean, stylish, quiet, highly secure, and equipped with all facilities and tools for a comfortable life.
The parking is privately owned for use, which is extremely convenient to access from my room and meanwhile safely guarded by an electric door from the outside.
It is located in the downtown center, close to various stores and the beautiful lake. So I frequently needed to make a choice for those questions: "Which store I would better go to" or "should I ride my bike along the lake or just run along the lake to build my body?" or "which park should I go to enjoy today's sunshine?"
Anyway, it's a fantastic place, and I would highly recommend it to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exceptionally good customer service. Tara, Lee-Anne and Jeffrey deserve a special note of appreciation.
I had a very pleasant stay. The place was clean, fully furnished, and well equipped with all necessary kitchen, cleaning and other items. Any maintenance issues were promptly responded to. In the one instance where repair took some, adequate alternatives were provided.
I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a temporary or even a somewhat long term accommodation at some of the best locations downtown Toronto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! My booking with Urban Flats Toronto was for a month but I loved the place so much that I ended up staying for almost a year (had it not been for work, I would have continued to stay)!!
The unit - Super clean & modern and perfect size for a couple. There is nothing more that I could have asked for in terms of comfort and quality.
The condo building - such a warm community of people, location was fantastic - close to subway lines and minutes from the Financial district plus all grocery stores in the vicinity.
The Team - amazing team, always prompt and willing to help! Tara Q was very supportive and a gem! She is an asset to the team.
Verdict - looking for a place in Toronto - look no further! Team UFT is phenomenal!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I checked into our Urban Flats suite in Nov 2020, thinking we would be there for 3 months. Eight months later (thanks, COVID), we finally checked out. Our extended stay was very pleasant. The Urban Flats staff are helpful, professional and accommodating. The building is clean and quiet. The suite is well appointed - tasteful furnishings, comfortable bed and quality household goods (all kitchen items, bedding, towels, etc are provided). When we return to Toronto, we would happily stay with Urban Suites.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the BEST furnished rental company in Toronto!!! It’s truly HOME AWAY FROM HOME. From the communication to cleanliness, they give a first-class experience in their thoughtfully designed suites. Each one of their suites feels like a home rather than a hotel. The interior decor is truly artistic with all the home goods in place that you could possibly need. I moved during the pandemic and they were so accommodating to let me see the suites before booking. I stayed in Sapphire and it truly felt like home from Day 1. I am so thankful to the entire team for making my stay as wonderful as possible.
