At our location, First Canadian Place, you walk in and the first thing you notice is the airy comfortable waiting area for clients. The impression ... posh. Immediately your eyes will take in the lovely City view out the windows. It's even more lovely at night with the twinkling lights. Many of the offices have a lovely city view. The same applies to at least one of the larger conference rooms. If you need breakout rooms for your guests that can be arranged too and this is part of what makes these offices super. Another of the benefits (too many to list) is that if you have clients who need to meet closer to their home or office, there are other locations. Everyone who works there has a natural, genuinely friendly way about them, with equally fantastic staff and lovely decor at the North York location I have used from time to time. Intelligent Office is Top Notch

As a first-time business owner, the support I have received from Intelligent Office over the past year has been amazing. The staff who answer the phones are always professional and courteous, and have really impressed my clients. When you become a member, you can provide a list of FAQs that clients normally ask, along with the responses you would like Intelligent Office to provide over the phone. This saves so much time as a business owner since Intelligent Office is able to field some calls for you. Intelligent Office provides a "big business" experience even if you are a sole practitioner. From the beginning, they have felt like a partner in my business and their support has helped me grow my practice faster than I expected.
