★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed a little under a month: The apartment was OK- a bit dated and had bed bugs but nothing too horrible. But the service from the front desk was horrible especially the old man on night shifts. He yelled at people, was unreasonable and was hard to deal with. Guy simply wanted to be left alone and get paid for sitting there. His face had “go away” written on it everyday. I remembered the first night I arrived at Toronto for work after a long flight, and had to deal with him for check in: horrible experience, made Toronto look bad.
That was 2 years ago, not sure if anything has changed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and I spent 42 days @ Del Suites in Toronto. We stayed @ their 300 Front St. Property. It was a fabulous experience. From the booking to the exit this team knows what they are doing - super professional in all communications, prompt and responsive customer service agents. Something we could all learn from their team. The apartment was very tastefully designed. Well equipped kitchen, good starter package at check in, great basement parking (additional fee), clean linen, good blankets, top end furniture and fixtures. Weekly housekeeping was a big plus! Overall, a wonderful time. I would highly recommend you book with them. Both Rachel Wu and Sophia Peters did a great job. Thanks Del Suites.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had such a wonderful experience with DelSuites. Suelyn Bloye was the agent helping us out, and she did an exceptional job assisting and guiding us throughout the entire process, from helping us book the specific unit we wanted, to helping adjust our check in time, to tailoring to our needs for our stay. Her responses were very prompt (usually replied within a few hours), and very detailed. I had so many questions for her, and she did such a great job making me feel comfortable, and she did whatever she could do to make our stay as smooth as possible.
I have stayed at numerous hotels all around the world, and I can say that this is so far the best customer service I have experienced yet.
The unit is very big, and it comes with everything you need for a long stay in Toronto; we didn't have to go out and get anything! The kitchen has everything you could possibly need to comfortably cook full meals. The building is very quite and peaceful, and the building staff are very nice and helpful. The room is really big and the bed is super comfortable with a very high quality mattress. Everything was very clean when we checked in.
The building is located in such a great place! We are right in the middle of downtown, and walking distance to everything that downtown Toronto has to offer. They also have a very nice terrace upstairs with a big BBQ area.
I am very very pleased with the service DelSuites has provided, and I will 100% stay with them again whenever I am in Toronto. I would definitely recommend DelSuites to everyone!
