★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can’t recommend the Oswego enough. The rooms are awesome and the staff were very professional and friendly. The secure underground was a nice bonus.
Didn’t get to the restaurant this trip but have had good experiences there in the past. It’s a short walk into the harbor. Recommend for business or adult travel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a fantastic stay. We were treated so well by Dawson and Nathan at the front desk. Amazing Customer service and without a doubt the friendliest staff around . We will return in March.
Our room and the view were outstanding !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dog friendly and the beds aren't too soft. Finally a hotel that understands a bed shouldn't swallow you in a cocoon of foam mattress. The Oswego rooms are modern and some how able to accommodate a family of four plus a four legged companion. Kitchenet is perfect for staying in a making your own meals. Staff are super friendly and able to provide assistance with all sorts of strange requests. Perfect location for those wanting to explore downtown Victoria, as it's a comfortable walking distance to all the significant attractions. The only negative was the size a volume of the in-room air conditioner - that said it was stupidly hot and we'd have died without it. Will certainly be staying here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Oswego Hotel was an absolutely amazing location to stay at. Right downtown, close to everything, luxurious rooms at good prices, and super helpful & welcoming staff. We stayed in a pet friendly studio suite and our dog was welcoming with a large dog bed, treats, poop bags, and a welcome letter telling us about local walking spots or off leash areas. The room was clean, well furnished and had everything we needed for our stay. Delicious coffee provided in room and beautiful soaps/shampoos/etc. in the bathroom. Thanks to the Oswego team for our lovely holiday stay!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at the Oswego for a rainy long weekend, and were delighted with our stay. Our room was well equipped with a kitchenette and a very comfortable bed. Very clean, super helpful and inviting front desk staff.
The biggest pleasant surprise of the trip, was the restaurant and bar. It may be quaint, but the cocktail list was fabulous, and a short but beautifully executed menu was a show-stopper. Mark, the restaurant manager, always provided exceptional service and kept us company at the bar. We ended up eating dinner there twice as well as brunch: every meal was flawless. Be sure to check out live Jazz performances on Thursday nights. In a city with loads of restaurants with high accolades, this little hotel dining spot is a gem of a find.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our stay was undoubtedly 5 out of 5 service. If we could give 6 out of 5 we would! The staff and Hotel are exceptional. Monique and I would like to thank Dawson, Nathan, and the rest of the amazing Oswego team. We couldn't be happier with how our wedding day turned out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are staying at the Oswego for 6 nights while visiting Victoria. We arrive super early on a Sat due to flight schedule and they were very nice to be able to accommodate an early check in so we could rest after a super early flight.
The location is great, we were able to walk to so many sights. The kitchen in our one bedroom suite is fully equipped and we were able to cook many of our meals and our snacks.
Great location for family vacation. We’ll come back again when we visit Victoria.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We enjoyed our 3 day stay in this hotel. Having a suite is perfect plus a full kitchen even though we only made breakfast. The bed and bedding was very comfortable and the bath robes were a bonus. The only thing I didn’t care for was I found the toilet paper not the best quality so if you’re fussy about these things bring your own. They didn’t offer daily cleaning service but if you needed anything they were quick to respond. We had breakfast one day in the restaurant and it was very good. Will stay here again when we’re in Victoria.
