★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Location. Negative: We were located right next to the staircase. Every time someone opened the door it slammed shut. There was continuous banging from 10pm - 1230am making it incredibly hard to sleep. The thermostat didn¿t work so you couldn¿t adjust the room temperatu

The best complimentary breakfast I have had at a hotel before. I would highly recommend staying here when coming to Victoria, also a very convenient downtown location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our weekend visit was fantastic. Staff were friendly, breakfast was delicious and the beds were amazing. Would 100% recommend staying here. Beautiful views overlooking the harbour, everything you need is within walking distance. Can’t wait to go back here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel to stay. Excellent staff, breakfast and amenities are fantastic. Safe underground parking works perfect. Indoor hot steam and outdoor poor all bonus. Loved our stay and will be back again. Front desk staff byran was awesome and helpful.

Negative: The breakfast they offered is either cold too sweet and or no taste at all.Very poor quality of bfast. Even the coffee ( well what do we expect on free food right? But atleast make it taste like coffee) would still stay but would not get their free bfast

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room is very clean, beds are comfy, balcony with a nice view, close to different restaurants and bus stations. We are surprised because we have a kitchen, dining area with mugs, glasses and cutleries provided. The staffs in the reception and dining area are very nice. And most of all their breakfast are delicious with lots of choices. My family and I really enjoyed our short vacation in Victoria and now planning to go back again and stay here. You're the best Best Western Plus Inner Harbour.

at this time there is no room cleaning, so you would have to request towels or whatever if you wanted clean towels every day (which most people do not need)
would stay again!
