Once again, I got fantastic service. Darren and Ashnaar(hope I'm spelling his name right) were very thorough and got me the best deal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased 2 samsung galaxy S10 phones from this location. They installed a Pure Gear screen protector on both phones. One fell off two months after and they replaced it because they forgot to take the film off the phone. One week later it fell off again and we went back and asked for our money back. They refused saying we had to contact Pure Gear to get our money back. The screen protector was 44.99 plus tax. Pure Gear will not give us our money back and we are stuck with a 50.39 cent piece of useless product. Their manager said they can do nothing to help. Very unhappy with the service from this store.

A fairly simple phone upgrade, turned into a very frustrating visit. Don't even know where to begin.
