Asked if I needed anything and pointed in the direction without any pressure or uncomfortability doing so. Had Adam help me decide which pair of wireless earbuds would suit me as well as a great deal. Highly recommend him and his coworker sebastian for the extensive knowledge towards products and helping save time-consuming and frustration. A big high note is the awesome music they play in the storwhich makes me nostalgic and happy to be there. Bully talent fallen leaves and then the ever so classic Mario 64 music just made my day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always go to The Source for all my cell phone needs, and I always hope I run into Erik with a k when I'm there. All the employees are great! Very nice and super helpful but I just really like how knowledgeable and kind and great at customer service he is. I always leave with a cheaper cell phone bill and they always have phones in stock when you need them. Erik deserves a raise and would be a great choice for training of new staff for sure (I noticed the Help Wanted Signs) Keep up the great work Erik. Also both employees Erik and James were great at communicating and apologizing for my wait time cuz I'd bet most likely they'd have preferred one more person on shift but they both did really great and I really hadn't waited that long. I love that place!! ❤

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today my mom and I went to the Source in the Village Green Mall to upgrade our phones. Shopping for phones and looking at different plans is always very stressful and confusing for us, but our experience today was unmatched. James was able to help us through and through for almost 2 hours, broke down every single detail and was able to make this transition much easier for the both of us. Although we had multiple questions, and probably repeated ourselves numerous times, James was extremely patient and respectful, making our experience much more enjoyable.
Additionally, James has great music taste which made the time go by quicker lol.

They even stayed after closing time to make sure that everything was operational. They were friendly and had great senses of humor. They went above and beyond what was needed. He is probably the best sales associate I have ever come across - he truly enjoys helping people and his knowledge of products and services is outstanding. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a TV for our ski chalet at The Source after looking all over town with no luck. Adam and James were fantastic and helped us a lot. Smaller store with less selection than the big box stores, but friendly, helpful not pushy staff who are very knowledgeable about the products and instilled a lot of confidence in us. Unfortunately when we got the TV back home and opened it the screen was cracked, but again the customer service was excellent and they made it very easy for us to bring back and replace the following day. Will definitely return.
