★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No phones are answered in stores or head office. Deliveries are promised the next day but they don't come - or at least not if coming from Kelowna. Unless you drive to the store customer service no longer exists. Online chat cannot help unless its with an online purchase. I will never pay for an item in the store again and hope another store decides to send it. I suggest people shop there when Best Buy decides to answer phones again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not get a screen protector from geek squad. I got a screen protector done at geek squad and it was not the right one for my phone and I went back and told them that its the wrong screen protector and they said they will put a new one on but they didn't they just took the old one of and gave me my phone back with no screen protector on it and so i was so fed in the end i went back a 3rd time for a refund and finally a guy that actually cared took care of me and put the right one on. but it should not take them 3 times to put on a right screen protector when i told them what phone and they should check their work before it goes out to the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went into the store Friday looking for a specific cable for my phone. I met Josh G and he started his search for this cable
After about 5 minutes Josh said the computer showed 3 in stock
Josh went looking again and came back with one for me
My expectations in big box stores is low
But wow Josh G went above and beyond to find me one
Thanks Josh you made my day and gave me a more positive outlook on big box stores

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best Buy in Vernon, BC. Bought a Kobo reader online which was processed really fast. The problems started when we tried to pick it up. They wouldn't accept my husband's ID for pick up even though we are at the same address. He had the email pick up notice and the gift cards used for purchase. He came home and got me. I of course forgot my ID. The guy at the counter suggested I cancel the online order then take it up and buy it. There is no place on the order details page that allows you to cancel your order, even though it's supposed to be really easy. Apparently the web site "does this sometimes". So I asked the worker to cancel my order but he says he can't do that without 2 pieces of ID. We asked for the manager but he was about as friendly as a troll and was not able to offer us any solutions. So we drove home a 3rd time and came back with my id and now have the reader in my possession. Said this 20 years ago which was probably the last time I was in there, and I will say it again...I will NEVER purchase anything from this store ever again.

-Search for a product on google …Bestbuy has it!
-Click link, “Would you like Canadian or US site?”
-Click Canadian site and it takes you to the homepage with a blank search bar….
I guess I will go elsewhere…again
Also beware 3rd party sellers are very shady k their website, this should be criminal.
