Casey was professional and very informative, knew the products and provided us with competitive pricing that we went from Kelowna to Vernon to save a considerable amount of cash on same products. The appliances were ordered and received in a timely manner and they warehoused our purchase until we were ready for installation. The entire staff we dealt with were friendly and professional. Absolutely the worst service in my 67 years. We bought a Miele washer and dryer from these people. When the dryer needed repairs they sent a guy who said he had never seen one before. 4 tips later and damage done to the dryer, that still doesn't work. Now they won't return calls. Miele won't do anything either. We had 15 pair of these laundry units in our apartment building in Saskatoon. Great service guy there.

Poor customer service, a little condescending. I ordered a Fridge, and you must put down 50% of the total cost. Didn't have one on display to exam the fridge, but said if you don't like it when it comes in we will refund your $1000 down payment. Found one in town a week later did not like Fridge. Went back and told them I saw the Fridge and did not like the quality of the crisper boxes. He wasn't happy returning my $1000 deposit. Told him I'll be looking at another brand name and make sure the fridge fits my small kitchen. Found a Whirlpool model like my existing fridge and a Bosch dishwasher that the Brick had on sale. They won't match price and if they had the Fridge on sale a week later they would not give me the sale price while I'm waiting for it to come. Mean while I still have to give a 50% deposit, $1500. So they forced me to finally go to a Big Box retailer, lol and I saved $200 more by doing it.

We had issues with a fridge bought at Geniers but Casey and the team were great. They helped us out with getting a replacement and a loaner fridge at no charge while we waited for the new one to come in.

Excellent selection, pricing and service! "Casey" provides top shelf expertise and service! Historically, all of my purchases have been seemless and efficient. In our recent purchase, Casey proactively sourced a laundry center for my daughter. The unit was delivered/installed professionally in a timely manner.

My Parents waited weeks to have an appointment with a technician to fix their equipment, to have him tell them their equipment is working good , charged a hefty 180$$ for the problem not to be fixed. Their equipment still is not working properly. Not so impressed with these people taking advantage of seniors ..

We have gone through very hard times the last two years. I finally have all my appliances after almost a year and a half. This is not the fault of the sales team at Geiners. The staff at Geiners are extremely helpful and appologetic for the events of the last two years. The world has felt the hurt from manufactures either closed from mandates and or lack of parts and pieces to assemble the product that you and I buy. At no time have I ever felt that this is the retailers fault. This was the fault of the restrictions put in place by our government shutting everything down, due to said Covid 19. I applaud the staff at Geiners, especially Casey whom I dealt with. We all need to support our small businesses, and leave the big box stores behind. May Geniers have many more years serving our community.

Review to be continued from before. Actually, until I wrote this, there was no contact after I reached out. Once the previous posting was written, finally someone did reach out. NOT CONSTANT CONTACT. Yes, we did take out insurance - what it is regarding is a lack of response - we can't even get the a response to make a claim. Saying that, Packaging of glass shelves is the fault of the shipping department, however it appears we are responsible for their action. The glass shelves were shrink wrapped together . Styrofoam cushioning was placed onto. See the pictures previously sent along with the lack of proper protection of the fridge. Here we are, holding the bag.. Its not our fault on the shelves, but we are responsible. Again, too bad it took this for responses.... That is what this response is about. Let get this done and addressed.
