★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought surface laptop Dec 2019. I was having power problems with the Surface laptop (It was not turning on). Took it to best buy geek squad. First question I was asked if I had in store warranty or no. I said no, But its within the 1 year manufacturer warranty. Guy pressed the power button a couple times, and told me yeah it DOES NOT TURN ON. Call to Microsoft. Good night. ??????,,, I thought they have real tech geek working there, I guess NOT. I came home, and called Microsoft, while I was on hold for agent I pressed and hold the power button a few times and it TURNED ON. Best Buy GREEK SQUAD, ,, REALLY???????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my friends asked help about the apple watch my friend bought. The girl on the till was not very nice. She shows some disappointing gestures everytime we ask or suggest something. Not very nice to customers who are only there to ask help. We understand that she has an injury on one of her foot but thats not a valid reason to act like that. After a long discussion nothing solved. Hoping staff must be always nice anytime to anyone especially they are the one who knows better about those matter. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely the most disappointing horrible visit and what a lost of time worst staff ever super unpolite not interest at all in customers we waited behind a couple un the cell phone area waiting to be attended for one hr and 35 min and no one and I said no one came to us to even ask us what we need there was two girls attending the same couple they where passing all the informationt that they have in their old phones in order to get the new one wich I understand but we didn't realize that ntill one the girls ask for passwords so really two girls doing work for the same couple I ask for the manager I was just put on the side man this is absolutely BS we will never going back to that store
