★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service is atrocious. Employees flat out refuse to provide the service they are able to provide, and won't even attempt to help you. They told me I had to call Regina for day permits. I called Regina and they asked why I wanted the permits mailed instead of just picking them up at my local SGI. I said "they don't do that" to which the head office person I was speaking with said "Why the hell not?". My thoughts exactly. This business should be thankful they provide a government required service, otherwise they would get 0 business.
