There are a couple people here that are always there to help, and there WAS some good insurance agents here. However after 16 years at this brokerage, an accident by myself and an incident on another driver on my policy being rear ended, they would not find us insurance, that another brokerage had no problem doing through the same insurance companies.

I tried the SGI broker on Hwy 16. My son and I waited for 20 minutes outside in 30 C heat and they took the lady behind us. Then my son and I went to the South side SGI broker. Here we could get out of the heat, I could bring my son in and we were out within 10 minutes. Great place to do your SGI insurance needs.

Well my experience was HORRIBLE! If you trust these people to make sure you policy’s are in place properly you might want to double think that one and double check every single thing you ask them to do! Our $61,000 antique vehicle was uninsured for a whole month because these people did not listen and do there job properly so just paid to insure nothing for a month? Great job! We where told by more then one employee that it was all good and it was 100% insured! NOPE was not! Good thing we figured it out before something happened, as we had to bring it to there attention! Oh and 5-7 days to transfer a plate huh has been over a month great job!

After recognizing the confusing insurance situation I was under, the manager at this Lloydminster location took the initiative to recommended Janean to rectify it. Janean was accurate, timely and knowledgeable. Within hours discrepancies were identified, policies were overhauled and changes were made. She has taken care of each and every detail from start to finish. Thank you for your assistance!!

We have had a great experience with this branch over the years! Recently added a vehicle to our policy and dealt with Janean, she was prompt, professional and very helpful to make sure we had the coverages we needed and in place quickly so we could bring home our vehicle within an hour! Extremely difficult to get someone to answer the phone. I asked for a rough quote for Alberta auto insurance and they couldn't even do that over the phone. A complete waste of time

Would be nice if they could answer a phone. Called 10 times and left two messages and heard nothing back.

Trying to find an actual person in this company is impossible. I've tried and tried to call and apparently one office is fielding calls for 5 different locations. Left a message, waited 2 weeks, left another message, waited another 2 weeks. Never got an answer at all. This used to be a great place to deal with, but in the last year the service is absolutely awful. We have had our insurance through them for over 20 years, and I would like to pull all of it and go somewhere else. If it is this hard just to get a policy, I cannot imagine what will happen if I ever have a claim. When I finally talked to someone in the office in person, they are amazing people. Just don't ever try to phone them. The structure of this company is horrific and needs to change.
