She did not understand what I was looking for and just told me no, and they don't carry that product, as I showed her a picture of it on my phone via their app. In the middle of my questioning for help another customer came up and she turned away from me and asked if they need help. I felt she did not want to help me and obviously did not know the products in the store because I FOUND the product I wanted plus other indeed laboratories products. Why take that position if you know nothing about personal customer service? Let alone make up...?

It's been already my second encounter with the employees completely ignoring me waiting for 15 min for just mail a letter! Even though there are two of them assisting one customer, they wouldn't open a second till. That's my second time I am leaving after 15-min wait to go to a different outlet.

Today I bought a product and one of the workers stopped and looked at me and was watching me the whole time while buying the product and paying for it only when the receipt came out they left. It was an older white lady. As I I am of indigenous descent, I would’ve said something but I had my family outside waiting for me.
