B	Brittany Haggart on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A perfect example of what a spa experience should be and more, I don't typically write reviews, but every visit to achieve has been an amazing experience from start to finish, spa coordinator Jaycee is so warm and welcoming on the phone and in person, and truly goes well out of her way for spa guests, being greeted by such a great energy makes the booking process and spa experience so effortless. As far as estheticians go, I have visited many spas, and truly never felt as relaxed and pampered as I have during my services with Shelby at Achieve. She has such a calming presence, and is so gifted at what she does. In addition to the amazing staff, the operators at achieve have perfectly executed bringing a luxury spa experience to Lloydminster, the amenities, wide variety of treatment options and visual aesthetic, down to their fine attention to detail is immaculate. I cannot wait for my next visit!
S	Sara Wells on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just had a facial with Melissa. In addition to the space being gorgeous, the service was exemplary. Melissa was knowledgeable and experienced, but she did not rush through any of the different steps. The hand and arm massage was lovely and the heated foot booties were such a nice touch. The Vivier products used left my usually sensitive skin feeling fresh and clean but not aggravated. Loved it! I also had a pedicure here and all the "extras" at other spas were included with the ultimate pedi. Great massage, paraffin, matte top coat OH and a MIMOSA (ok, that was extra). Enjoying an adult bevvie really made for a fun treat!
C	Chelsie Malka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a gorgeous space, the service while having it done was nice. Unfortunately they short you time. Booked a body wrap that’s supposed to be 1 hour 30 minutes. I sent the “going in now” text and was up sending the “oh, all done” paid and out the door in 55 minutes. Expensive for less than an hour “spa treatment”....

When I booked my mani and pedi appointments, I was asked a bunch of questions and at no time was I informed of the $50 EXTRA they were going to charge at my appointment. I started with what was supposed to be an Ultimate Manicure. Nothing ultimate about this. I didn’t even get the paraffin or my cuticles cut. It took her over an hour to remove the shellac polish I had on and then charged me an extra $20 for it. When I told her that I wanted a pulled down French, she told me that she “will see what I can do but I’m not so artsy fartsy” to which I asked for a regular French mani. She then told me she doesn’t do French manis because she “didn’t learn that in college”. 2 hours it took for my mani! On to the pedi. This was a bit better. At least I got the paraffin but still didn’t get my cuticles cut on any other toes except for my big toes. When I went to pay, I was charged an extra $15 each for shellac on my hands and feet! In total, I was charged an extra $50 in fees for poor services that were not once disclosed to me. I WOULD NOT recommend this place to anyone. Just For You Day Spa is MUCH better than this place. Don’t waste your money at Achieve Wellness Spa!!! And then to save face, they reply to my review and claim they’re going to reach out to offer a refund. 6 days later and I still haven’t heard a word from them. And now I’ve lost the shellac polish on one nail and another nail is chipped!!

I went toward the end of the day when these ladies were probably tired. I was shown care and concern and given the best massage that didn’t hurt me and alleviated the pain of my injury. I’m a bigger person and I did not feel judged or concerned if the massage table would hold me. I felt welcome and comfortable and encourage anyone to make an appointment! Stellar service! I will be back!

I have experienced a clean, welcoming, relaxing atmosphere and very polite staff on each occasion. Achieve Wellness has become a special spot for my date days with my daughter as we have treated ourselves to pedicures on a couple of occasions too! I treated myself to the 6 month wellness membership and had the Rejuvenation Facial as my first service today. All I can say is that I felt totally pampered and my skin is feeling so silky! Thank you Melissa for the wonderful service ? I'm already excited for my January appointment!
