★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my washing machine door fixed... not unreasonable however the milage was. Asked for a quote on my freezer door and was quoted at over 350.00. My dad fixed it for 5 dollarsLast time he came. . Won't be using A & M again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sneaky and terrible service. The technician came to see the dryer and after 10-15 mins he's done. So I'm almost impress until i tried if the dryer is really fixed but it's not. My mistake is that i should've test it first before i let him leave. And what's more annoying was i paid $205.00 but he didn't actually fix the problem.He didn't even remove a single screw, what he said he did was run a diagnostic test. Did i really pay for diagnostic test for $205.00.So they don't do repairs,just diagnostic test?Coz apparently, my dryer is still not working.I called them back to send the technician back to fix it but the owner said he's busy.So I'm trying to ask for refund,not a full refund,at least half of what i paid because I'm not a terrible person but i don't think they're planning to give my money back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome!! My washing machine quit this morning with water and clothes in it. Ugh. It wouldn’t unlock when we tried to power it off. Called extended warranty people and they said A&M would be calling me to set up an appointment in the next couple of days. I googled them and called direct. At 9:45. They suggested Friday but when I told them there were clothes in the washer they said they would make it work to come TODAY!! They were here by 2:30. Fixed by 3:30 and showed me how to manually open the door if it ever happens again. I have never experienced such proactive appliance repair people before

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had A&M out to our place for two things. To install our new dishwasher and to repair our fridge. They were able to come quick, very friendly and solved both issues. We also have had them order in a part for our microwave which came quickly! So nice to have a local family business to call for something essential like your appliances.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They where way over priced.. double charged us for a part. 274.00 for for 1/2 service . Will not use them again. Had another company come in and charge us 90.00 .and he was here for an hour.
