★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had employees yell at me before, and other customers, when u tell some one in charge that claims to be management nothing gets done. Almost punched out one of their employees that screemed at a senior lady for not fully closing the fridge door to the milk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superstore pumps all of their meat full of water and then charges customers by the weight.
Don't shop here for meats. All of them (chicken, pork, beef ground or whole) are doctored up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The deli clerk working in the evening on Feb. 15 was extremely rude to me. I was walking passed the deli and i guess she thought i wanted some meat cut, so she said “i just have to wash my hands first.”
I responded with. “Oh no worries, im just looking. Not getting anything.”
And she gave me a dirty look and replied rather aggressively “well i still have to wash my hands!”
I work in the deli at a different grocery store and I could not imagine treating a customer that way. Not impressed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As always......great selection and price point...... Cashier at self check out was friendly and helpful....downside.....no decent antipasto. I know petty right!!! But I had a hunger on for that for New year's Eve. Overall a good experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Re: Pharmacy and Walk In Clinic (WIC). I went in today very unwell, but not needing a higher level of care. Between the two they were very empathetic, understanding, solutions focused and just kind! From the physician, pharmacist, pharm assistants and front desk staff at the WIC, I was triaged, treated and out of there in a timely manner. This is healthcare done right, in a time where healthcare is overloaded and struggling to provide primary care providers throughout BC. My sincerest appreciation for the empathy, compassion, kindness and understanding I received today. I will only be using this pharmacy, you won my business going foreword. Thank you again.
