★ ★ ★ ★ ★ called in to see what I needed to cancel insurance with no plate; it was lost. On the phone they said I needed nothing.
When I got in they said I couldn't cancel without a plate or a police report.
I went across the street and cancelled the insurance because THERE IS NO PLACE IN THE SYSTEM TO WRITE A POLICE FILE NUMBER TO CANCEL INSURANCE.
Unprofessional and rude. I'll never go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did not know odometer had to be read. I was in too much pain to go back outside to take a picture then come back in. It would have been nice if Sussex went outside to get photo for me. It ended up being a problem for me. I Finally got a neighbor to take picture b/c my crocked right hand couldn't do it & then was able to send photo off to icbc. All is good now ?

They stayed open late for me to complete a trailer (double) transfer, I didn't have the paper work filled out properly and it was a bit if a show. The team at Sussex sorted it all out, we're fast and professional and I was able to complete the transfer and make the sale..
